Unique Concepts Studio creates each customized art piece per order. Once your order is placed, we begin the creation process which includes, but not limited to, molding, sculpting, painting, and digital work so that each and every purchase is personalized to that specific order.
Cancellations can be done within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if applicable, refund will be issued minus product cost, time, and any additional costs associated with the art piece. No full refund will be issued after 24 hours of placing order.
Processing time will vary with each order. The processing time will depend on our work load and detail of custom work required for each order.
